Fear of Flying

First hand experience with fear of flying counts for a lot as a practitioner. Having experienced a traumatic aviation event at 14 years of age and gone on to overcome that fear, that I carried for most of my life, by learning how to y, I understand what you are going through. When you understand how it works in the mind and deal with it through proven effective methods, consciously and subconsciously, you can learn to deal with just about anything.

“Just a quick update on my progress since our sessions. I have been feeling so much more positive and motivated. Leading up to my flight I was very calm and wasn’t fearing the worst like I have in the past.
I had a few moments where I let a negative thought in but changed it to something positive. The day of the flight I was calm and looking forward to the trip, even after a two hour delay I managed to get on and y without any Valium or the need to use my therapy colouring books!
